With 24 years of experience in Human Resources, he has led diverse and distributed workforces across geographies in both global and regional leadership roles. His expertise spans strategy development, change management, and building organizational capacity and capability. He has built three startups at scale as HR lead and bring deep global experience, with certifications including Hogan Assessment.
