Terms of Service

Welcome to Taledge.ai, a platform operated by Talentedge Infosolutions Private Limited (“Talentedge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), including all subdomains of taledge.ai such as: talent.taledge.ai, and any other authorized subdomains operated by Talentedge Infosolutions Private Limited (collectively referred to as “the Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms - By accessing or using Taledge.ai or any of its subdomains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  2. Service Description - Taledge.ai is a cloud-hosted, AI-driven talent intelligence and workforce transformation platform that helps organizations and individuals discover skills, assess potential, align opportunities with capabilities, and exit analytics. We may update, modify, or enhance the Service periodically to improve functionality or security.

  3. Eligibility

    1. You must be at least 16 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

    2. You agree that the registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

    3. For enterprise accounts, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

  4. User Accounts

    1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

    2. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

    3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

  5. Use of Service - You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. You must not:

    1. Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

    2. Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our systems or networks.

    3. Share account credentials or access outside your authorized organization or team.

    4. Reverse-engineer, modify, or copy any portion of the Service without written permission.

  6. Subscription & Payment

    1. Certain features or tiers of the Service require a paid subscription.

    2. You agree to pay all fees according to your selected plan or agreement.

    3. Payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

    4. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or specified in a separate written contract.

    5. Enterprise Customers may be governed by additional terms in their Master Service Agreement (MSA).

  7. Intellectual Property

    1. All content, algorithms, design elements, trademarks, and code are the exclusive property of Talentedge Infosolutions Private Limited.

    2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business or personal use.

    3. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

  8. Data & Privacy

    1. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and process data.

    2. You retain ownership of your data. We process and analyse it only to provide and enhance the Service.

    3. Enterprise Customers are responsible for ensuring that any data shared with the Service complies with applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR, where applicable).

  9. Availability & Security

    1. We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

    2. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard data but cannot guarantee absolute security against cyber threats or unauthorized access.

  10. Termination

    1. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

    2. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

    3. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, and data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  11. Disclaimers

    1. The Service and all subdomains are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

    2. Talentedge does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

    3. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service, except where required by law.

  12. ​Limitation of Liability

    1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentedge’s total liability for any claims related to the Service or its subdomains will not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

    2. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  13. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panchkula, India.

  14. Changes to Terms - We may update or revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in legal, technical, or business conditions. The revised Terms will be posted with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
